Crew Leader Responsibilities:

• Manage a crew of landscaping professionals and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to our high standards
• Train and mentor crew members on proper landscaping techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure all equipment is adequately maintained and in good working order
• Monitor and report on crew performance, attendance, and job progress
• Participate in crew meetings and provide feedback to management on ways to improve operations

Crew Member Responsibilities:

• Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, pruning, mulching, and hardscaping as directed by the crew leader
• Follow all safety procedures and use equipment properly
• Report any issues with equipment or job progress to the crew leader
• Participate in crew meetings and provide feedback on ways to improve operations
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent our company in a positive and professional manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in landscaping or horticulture preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
