Since August of 2015, Britt has poured his energy into helping people grow—both in their careers and in their confidence. One of his favorite parts of the job is seeing someone walk through Vinedresser’s doors looking for work and watching that opportunity turn into a long-term, meaningful career. Helping and watching people develop is what drives him every day.
Britt is a true student of business and marketing and loves reading and learning about how to build something lasting. Out in the field, his happy place is on the lawn mower or treating grass—he loves cutting grass and dialing in the perfect fertilization and weed control to keep lawns healthy and thriving.
Being part of the Vinedresser team means more than running a business for Britt—it’s about designing the future of Vinedresser and creating real careers for others. He’s passionate about building a company where people can grow, succeed, and feel proud of the work they do.
Sarah McCrimmon
Owner & Operator
Sarah has led Vinedresser along side her husband with a deep commitment to both people and purpose since August of 2015. She finds the greatest joy in giving team members opportunities to grow with their company and do what they love to do.
Outside of the business, Sarah enjoys spending time with Britt, their two daughters, Madison and Bailey Grace, and their loyal pet, Titus.
Sarah loves being part of the Vinedresser team because it allows her to build a company that’s not only family-run, but also feels like family—a place where everyone grows together.
Breanne Marshall
Operations Manager
Bre has been a key part of Vinedresser’s daily operations since July 2020. She loves working with people, supporting the crew, and seeing the final outcome of projects come together. Outside of work, she enjoys time with family and friends, trips to the beach, and building Legos. Her favorite projects are Christmas lights, she loves bringing the holiday spirit to life and seeing the joy it brings to customers. She loves being part of the Vinedresser team because of the people. To her, it truly feels like a family—one that supports, encourages, and grows together.
Mike Joyce
Bush and Bed Manager
Mike joined Vinedresser in May 2025 as Bush and Bed Manager, where he works closely with his crews to support their success and deliver beautifully maintained landscapes. Outside of work, Mike enjoys staying active by playing softball and ice hockey. His favorite projects are sod installations because it’s like creating a giant puzzle—fitting each piece together until a fresh, green lawn comes to life. What he values most about Vinedresser is the strong sense of teamwork and family that goes into every customer’s yard.
Tyler Pender
Mow Manager
Tyler has served as Vinedresser’s Mow Manager since May 2025, leading and mentoring crews to ensure every property is cared for with excellence. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, hiking, watching westerns, and spending time with his family. He enjoys being part of the Vinedresser team because the company’s values align with his own. Being surrounded by a team and a culture that prioritizes doing the right thing makes his work all the more meaningful.
Zachery Estep
Shop Manager
Zachery joined the Vinedresser team in August 2024 and enjoys the hands-on nature of his role, especially learning how to fix new things and keep equipment running smoothly. He takes pride in his work and is always eager to grow his skills. Outside of work, Zachery enjoys fishing as a way to unwind. His favorite task is leaf clean-up, where attention to detail and efficiency make a big impact. What he enjoys most about Vinedresser is the family-like culture, where coworkers support one another every day.
CJ Grant
Assistant Manager
CJ joined the Vinedresser team in October 2024 and plays an important role in supporting the crews and daily operations behind the scenes. He appreciates working for a company that values its employees and treats people with respect. Outside of work, CJ enjoys spending time focused on faith, family, and football. His favorite project is plant installation, especially azaleas, a Wilmington classic that adds bold color to the landscape. CJ enjoys being part of the Vinedresser team because it truly feels like family, with everyone working together toward a shared goal.
Steven Lamm
Estimator
Steven has been part of Vinedresser since 2020, helping customers understand the value of a healthy, well-planned landscape as an Estimator. He enjoys guiding clients through their options and showing how smart investments improve both beauty and long-term lawn health. Outside of work, Steven enjoys fishing and spending time with his family. His favorite jobs are plant and sod installations because of their immediate results. Steven values Vinedresser’s growth-oriented culture and appreciates the care shown by the owners, it truly sets the company apart.
Ethan Rothrock
Estimator
Since February 2023, as an Estimator, Ethan has been helping clients turn their landscape ideas into reality. He enjoys guiding customers through their options and seeing their visions come to life. Outside of work, Ethan stays active at the gym. He likes a good bed cleanup or plant installation for their fast, dramatic transformations — especially finished with a little lime hydrangea or his favorite sod, Crowne Zoysia. Ethan values the supportive team environment at Vinedresser, where people genuinely want to see one another succeed.
Hannah Joyce
Customer Service Rep / Estimator
Hannah joined Vinedresser in October 2024 and quickly became a friendly voice for our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, she loves making people happy —answering questions, solving problems, and brightening someone’s day. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys baking and watching hockey (go Canes!). She values being part of the Vinedresser team because it truly feels like family, where laughter and support are part of every day.
Krystal Wade
Customer Service Rep
Krystal joined Vinedresser in May 2025 and brings a thoughtful, solutions-focused approach to every customer interaction, helping customers feel confident and supported in their landscaping decisions. She values the ongoing training she receives and enjoys continuing to learn and grow in her role. Outside of work, Krystal is passionate about animal rescue and volunteers with Wagon Tails Farm Rescue. Krystal enjoys being part of the Vinedresser team because it truly feels like a family working together to serve customers with care and excellence.
Caroline Bailey
Marketing Assistant
Caroline has been part of the Vinedresser team since August 2025, bringing creativity and energy to her role. She enjoys telling the company’s story through social media, highlighting the people, teamwork, and culture that make Vinedresser special. She also loves tracking data and seeing real results (yes, ads really do work!) Outside of work, Caroline stays involved in her local church, enjoys time with friends at coffee shops, and spending time outdoors. What Caroline loves most about being part of the Vinedresser team is how welcoming and friendly everyone is. She knows that anyone would do anything to help one another— because here, it truly feels like family.
